Toffee Fudge Brownie Stacks


    20 oz (2 1/2 cups) hot water

    6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620

    96 oz (12 cups) prepared fudge icing

    12 oz (1/2 cup) toffee bits




    1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix in mixer bowl. Using a whisk, mix until smooth.

    2. Scale batter into greased full sheet pan.

    3. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes.

    4. Cut into desired shape and plate.

    5. Pipe icing on each brownie then stack with another brownie.

    6. Pipe icing on top and garnish with toffee bits.
