Pumpkin Swirl Cake

Ingredients

    Cake:

    5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® All Purpose Pumpkin Spice Baking Mix 734-0293

    10 ea large eggs

    26 oz (3 1/4 cups) cold water

    18 oz (2 1/4 cups) vegetable oil

    Cream Cheese Swirl:

    32 oz (4 cups) cream cheese

    10 oz (1 1/4 cup) milk

    20 oz (2 1/2 cups) powdered sugar

Method

    1. Place water, eggs and oil in mixer bowl. Add Krusteaz Professional All Purpose Pumpkin Spice Baking Mix.

    2. Whisk until well blended. Do not over-mix.

    3. Pour into prepared full sheet pan with cake risers.

    4. Combine cream cheese, milk and powdered sugar. Using a mixer, whip until well incorporated.

    5. Uniformly dollop whipped cream cheese on top of the pumpkin spice batter. Swirl into batter.

    6. For convection oven, bake at 350°F for 16-18 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes.
