Molten Chocolate and Caramel Brownie

Ingredients

    4 lb (full bag) Krusteaz Professional® RTB Brownie

    40 Caramel Chunks 1”x 1”

    Ice Cream

    Caramel Sauce

    Chocolate Sauce

Method

    1. Prepare ramekins by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Cut open one end of the pouch and squeeze brownie batter into prepared ramekins (3 oz).
    3. Place 2 caramel chunks into the portioned batter.
    4. For a convection oven, bake at 325’F for 21 – 25 minutes; for a standard oven, bake at 375’F for 22 – 26 minutes.
    5. To assemble:  Spoon a generous dollop of ice cream on top of the warm brownie and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces.
