Mocha Fudge Brownie Mud Pies

Ingredients

    Brownies:

    20 oz (2 1/2 cups) hot water

    6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620

    Filling:

    48 oz (12 cups) mocha mousse

    24 oz (6 cups) coffee whipped cream

Method

    1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix in mixer bowl. Whisk until well-blended.

    2. Scale batter into greased or paper-lined full sheet pan.

    3. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes.

    4. Cool baked brownies. Cut brownie into 2-inch circles.

    5. Pipe mousse into 8 oz mason jar, add brownie circle. Pipe mousse over brownie circle then top with another brownie circle.

    6. Pipe coffee whipped cream over top and garnish with cocoa powder and chocolate covered espresso beans, if desired.
