20 oz (2 1/2 cups) hot water
6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620
2 lb (4 cups) graham crackers crumbs
144 ea jumbo marshmallows
32 oz (4 cups) ganache
1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix in mixer bowl. Using a whisk, mix until smooth.
2. Scale batter into greased full sheet pan.
3. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes.
4. Cool baked brownies. Scoop 1 oz brownies and roll into balls. Flatten bottom.
5. Skewer a marshmallow.
6. Skewer a brownie truffle. Dip in ganache.
7. Dredge in graham cracker crumbs. Plate.
8. Torch marshmallow until browned.
