Sweet Potato Corn Dogs


    1 lb 4 oz (4 1/2 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Sweet Potato Pancake Mix

    20 fl oz (2 1/2 cups) cool water

    4 oz yellow corn meal

    36 (1 oz ea) pre-cooked mini sausages



36 mini corn dogs


    1. Mix Krusteaz Professional Sweet Potato Pancake Mix, corn meal and water together using a wire whip until well-blended.

    2. Skewer sausages with bamboo stick.

    3. Dredge sausages in batter and deep fry at 350°F for 3 minutes. Drain corn dogs.
