Coconut Fruit Bars

Ingredients

    5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® White Cake Mix 732-0120

    24 oz (3 cups) butter, melted

    5 fl oz (2/3 cup) water

    60 oz (6 1/3 cups) cherry pie filling

    6 oz (2 cups) flaked coconut

    24 oz (4 cups) fresh or frozen blueberries

96, 2-inch bars

Method

    1. Sprinkle Krusteaz Professional White Cake Mix over bottom of prepared full sheet pan.

    2. Drizzle butter and water evenly over cake mix.

    3. Layer pie filling, coconut and blueberries over butter and cake mix.

    4. For convection oven, bake at 300˚F 25-30 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350˚F 40-45 minutes.
