Cherry Chipotle Brownie


    For Brownies:

    4lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional Ready to Bake Brownie Batter

    1 ¼ tsp Ground Chipotle

    2 ½ Cups Dried Cherries

    For Assembly:

    Whipped Cream, Ground Chipotle



18 – 21 Ramekins (4 oz)


    1. Prepare ramekins by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze brownie batter into a batter bowl.
    3. Stir in the ground chipotle and dried cherries until evenly combined.
    4. Using a #16 scoop, portion batter into prepared ramekins.
    5. For convection oven, bake at 325°F for 21 – 25 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F for 22 – 26 minutes.
    6. Allow brownies to cool slightly before assembly and serving.
    7. To assemble: Spoon a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of warm brownie and lightly sprinkle with ground chipotle.
