Brownie Truffles

Ingredients

    6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620

    20 oz (2 1/2 cups) hot water

    1 cup powdered cocoa

 

Yield

approx. 144 truffles

Method

    1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix in mixer bowl. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds.

    2. Scape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds.

    3. Scale batter into greased full sheet pan.

    4. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes.

    5. Cool baked brownies. Scoop 1 oz brownie and roll into balls.

    6. Roll in cocoa powder.
