5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Blueberry Muffin Mix 734-0224
12 oz (1 1/2 cups) butter, softened
11 oz (1 1/2 cups) sugar
8 fl oz (1 cup) water
Coarse sugar (optional)
1. Place Krusteaz Professional Blueberry Muffin Mix, butter, sugar and water in mixer bowl.
2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds or until dough forms around paddle.
3. Using #40 scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheets. Roll cookie dough in coarse sugar, if desired.
4. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 12-14 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 14-16 minutes.
