5 lb (10 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Butterflake Biscuit Mix 734-0368
16 oz (4 cups) cheddar cheese
1 1/2 gallon pot pie filling
16 oz (4 cups) butter, melted
1. Place water in mixer bowl. Add Krusteaz Professional Butterflake Biscuit Mix and cheese.
2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low speed for an additional 30 seconds.
3. Divide pot pie filling into 2, 2-inch steam table pans.
4. Using a #24 scoop, place dough onto filling.
5. For convection oven, bake at 400°F 10-13 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 450°F 10-13 minutes.
6. Brush pot pie with melted butter immediately after removing from oven.
