Berry Cream Cheese Crumble



    12 oz (1 1/2 cups) cream cheese

    4 oz (1/2 cup) milk


    3 lb (6 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Yellow Cake Mix 732-0180

    52 fl oz (6 1/2 cups) water

    8 oz (1 cup) mixed berry preserves

    16 oz (2 cups) mixed frozen berries

    Crumble Topping:

    2 lb (4 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Yellow Cake Mix 732-0180

    8 oz (1 cup) butter, melted

    1. For filling, combine cream cheese with milk and whisk to a thin consistency. Set aside.

    2. In a separate bowl, place half of the water and 3 lb Krusteaz Professional Yellow Cake Mix and blend on medium speed 3 minutes.

    3. Change to low speed; mix 1 minute while gradually adding remaining water. Scrape bowl and paddle thoroughly.

    4. Pour cake batter into greased or paper-lined full sheet pan. Swirl in berry preserves and mixed berries. Set aside.

    5. For crumble topping, combine remaining 2 lb cake mix with butter.

    6. Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the cake batter.

    7. For convection oven, bake at 300⁰F 30 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350⁰F 30 minutes.
