Bacon Broccoli Quiche


    32 oz (4 cups) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

    16 oz (2 cups) shredded Swiss cheese

    8 oz (1 cup) bacon, cooked and crumbled

    4 oz (2 cups) chopped green onions

    48 fl oz (6 cups) milk

    5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix 734-0320

    24 oz (12) eggs

    1 tsp ground black pepper

    1. Cook broccoli until almost tender; drain thoroughly.

    2.  Layer broccoli, cheese, bacon and green onions in prepared 20 x 12 x 2 1/2-inch steam table pan.

    3. Place milk, Krusteaz Professional Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, eggs and pepper in mixer bowl.

    4. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute or until blended. Scrape bowl.

    5. Pour batter over broccoli layer in pan.

    6. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 35-40 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
