Coffee Cake:
4 lb (12 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix 734-0320
32 fl oz (4 cups) water
11 oz (1 1/2 cups) sugar
42 oz (4 2/3 cups) apple pie filling
Streusel Topping:
1 lb (3 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix 734-0320
7 oz (1 cup) brown sugar, packed
6 oz (3/4 cup) butter, softened
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1. For coffee cake, place 4 lb (12 cups) Krusteaz Professional Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, water and sugar in mixer bowl.
2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute.
3. Scrape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low speed for an additional 1 minute.
4. Scale batter into prepared 24 x 16 x 2-inch sheet pan.
5. Spoon apple pie filling over batter. Set aside.
6. For streusel topping, place 1 lb (3 cups) Krusteaz Professional Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon in mixer bowl. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 2 minutes or until crumbly.
7. Sprinkle topping over apple pie filling.
8. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 20-25 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30 -35 minutes.
