Sweet Cream Red Velvet Pancakes
Makes 110-115, 4-inch pancakes
Ingredients

- 5 lb. Krusteaz Professional Sweet Cream Pancake Mix 731-0144
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red food coloring
- 80 oz cool water-1 or 2 oz more water may be necessary if batter is too thick
Method
- Blend all dry ingredients together.
- Add dry ingredients to measured water and whisk until well-blended.
- Pour batter onto greased, preheated 365-375°F griddle.
- Cook pancakes 1 1/4-1 1/2 minutes per side. Turn only once.
