Spinach Parmesan Drop Biscuits

Makes about 62 biscuits

Ingredients

  • 44 oz (5 1/2 cups) buttermilk
  • 5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix 734-0320
  • 24 oz (2 1/2 cups) frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
  • 6 oz garlic, minced
  • 24 oz (2 1/2 cups) shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) melted butter

Method

  1. Place buttermilk, Krusteaz Professional Biscuit Mix, spinach, garlic and cheese in mixer bowl.
  2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds.
  3. Scoop dough using a #20 scoop onto ungreased or paper-lined sheet pan, 2 inches apart.
  4. For convection oven, bake at 375°F 10-12 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 425°F 14-16 minutes.
  5. Brush with melted butter to finish.
