• 5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® All Purpose Cookie Mix 732-0642
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) water
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon


  1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional All Purpose Cookie Mix in mixer bowl.
  2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute or until dough forms around paddle.
  3. In separate small bowl, blend together sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Form dough into a walnut size balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. For convection oven, bake at 325°F for 5-7 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 9-11 minutes.
