Ready to Bake Batter

S'Mores Chocolate Bundt

Makes 16, 4-inch bundt cakes

Ingredients

  • 66 oz (full pouch) Krusteaz Professional® RTB Chocolate Cake & Muffin Batter 732-0610
  • 7 oz. marshmallow fluff
  • Graham crackers
  • Dark melting chocolate, melted

Method

  1. Remove Krusteaz Professional Ready to Bake RTB Chocolate Cake & Muffin Batter 732-0610 from refrigerator. No slacking required.
  2. Prepare 4-inch bundt pans by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Place pans on a baking sheet to easily transfer into oven.
  3. Portion 4 oz. batter into each pan.
  4. For convection oven, bake at 300°F at low fan speed 20-25 minutes, Standard oven: bake 350°F for 30 min; turning pan(s) halfway through bake time.
  5. Allow cakes to cool completely.
  6. Release cakes from pan.
  7. Dollop marshmallow fluff into middle of cake.
  8. Top with crushed graham crackers and a drizzle of dark melted chocolate.
