S'Mores Chocolate Bundt
Makes 16, 4-inch bundt cakes
Ingredients
66 oz (full pouch) Krusteaz Professional® RTB Chocolate Cake & Muffin Batter 732-0610
7 oz. marshmallow fluff
Graham crackers
Dark melting chocolate, melted

Method
Remove Krusteaz Professional Ready to Bake RTB Chocolate Cake & Muffin Batter 732-0610 from refrigerator. No slacking required.
Prepare 4-inch bundt pans by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Place pans on a baking sheet to easily transfer into oven.
Portion 4 oz. batter into each pan.
For convection oven, bake at 300°F at low fan speed 20-25 minutes, Standard oven: bake 350°F for 30 min; turning pan(s) halfway through bake time.
Allow cakes to cool completely.
Release cakes from pan.
Dollop marshmallow fluff into middle of cake.
Top with crushed graham crackers and a drizzle of dark melted chocolate.
