Savory Herb Biscuits

Makes 64, 3x2-inch biscuits

Ingredients

  • 5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix 734-0320
  • 36 fl oz (4 1/2 cups) cool water
  • 1 oz (2 Tbsp) dried minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 oz (4 Tbsp) butter, melted

Method

  1. Place water, Krusteaz Professional Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, minced garlic, parsley, dill weed, onion and garlic powder in mixer bowl.
  2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Change to medium speed and mix 30 seconds.
  3. ransfer dough to floured surface. Divide dough in half. Roll out and fold each piece in half. Place each piece on ungreased half sheet pan and pat evenly into pan.
  4. Score dough into 3x2-inch squares. Brush with butter.
  5. For convection oven, bake at 375°F 10-13 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 425°F 15-18 minutes. Serve warm.
