Sausage & Egg Ebelskivers

Makes 21-25 ebelskivers

Ingredients

Pancakes
  • 1 lb (3 1/2 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Pancake Mix 731-0120
  • 20 fl oz (2 1/2 cups) cool water
  • 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) cooked scrambled eggs
  • 8 oz (1 cup) cooked sausage, crumbled
Topping
  • 8 oz (1 cup) white cheddar sauce

Method

  1. Mix Krusteaz Professional Buttermilk Pancake Mix and water together using a wire whip until well-blended.
  2. Grease an ebelskiver pan. Heat until smoking. Fill depressions about half full with pancake mix.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon scrambled egg and sausage mixture. Cook pancakes 1 - 1 1/4 minutes per side. Re-grease pan between batches.
  4. Drizzle abelskivers with white cheddar sauce before serving.
