Santa Hat Brownies

Makes 20, 3x3-inch round servings

Ingredients

Brownie
  • 4 lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter (#732-0605)
  • 20 Whole Strawberries
  • Whipped Topping

Method

  1. Prepare 16x12x1-inch sheet pan (half sheet) by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze batter into prepared pan.
  3. Spread batter with spatula until even.
  4. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 36-41 minutes.
  5. Allow brownies to cool completely then cut into round shapes using a biscuit cutter.
  6. Top with a ring of whipped topping, add a strawberry with the point facing up. Top the strawberry with a tiny dollop of whipped topping at the tip to create a Santa hat.
  7. Tip: Brownie scraps can be made into crumbles then used to top ice cream sundaes for another dessert occasion.
