Raspberry Cobbler

Makes 64, 3x2 inch servings


  • 5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® All Purpose Muffin Mix 734-0120
  • 40 fl oz (5 cups) water
  • 10 oz (5) eggs
  • 2 1/2 fl oz (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
  • 42 oz (4 2/3 cups) raspberry pie filling


  1. Place water, Krusteaz Professional All Purpose Muffin Mix, eggs and oil in mixer bowl.
  2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl.
  3. Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds. Set aside.
  4. Spread raspberry pie filling into prepared full sheet pan. Spoon batter over raspberry pie filling. Spread over top.
  5. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 25-30 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 27-32 minutes. Garnish with fresh fruit and whipped cream, if desired.
