Rainbow Sprinkles Brownie Cup

Makes 20, 3x3-inch servings

Ingredients

Brownie
  • 4 lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter
  • Vanilla or White Frosting
  • Sprinkles

Method

  1. Prepare aluminum foil baking ramekins by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray then placing them on a baking sheet.
  2. Cut open one corner of pouch and squeeze batter into each cup about 2/3 full.
  3. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 36-41 minutes.
  4. Allow brownies to cool completely.
  5. Warm frosting for 10 seconds in microwave to soften then drizzle over cooled brownie. Top with sprinkles.
