Place water, Krusteaz Professional Low Fat All Purpose Muffin Mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice in mixer bowl.
Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds or until well blended.
Using #20 scoop, fill prepared muffin pans. Sprinkle raw pumpkin seeds generously over muffin batter.
For convection oven, bake at 350°F 12-14 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 400°F 16-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
