Pumpkin Pancakes with Maple Whipped Cream
Makes 14, 4-inch pancakes
Ingredients
2 cups Sweet Cream Pancake Mix 731-0144
2 Tbl. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 ¼ cups Water, Cold.
½ cup Pumpkin, Cooked and pureed or canned.
8 oz. Heavy Cream
2 Tbl. Maple Syrup, Combined with cream.
½ tsp. Cinnamon, Optional garnish.
Product Details
Method
Blend pancake mix, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Add water and pumpkin, blending thoroughly.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto a lightly greased, 375’F griddle. Cook approximately 1 minute per side.
Serve with maple cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
