Peanut Butter and Jam Brownies

Makes 20, 3x3-inch servings

Ingredients

Brownie
  • 4 lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter (#732-0605)
For Peanut Butter Sauce
  • ½ cup Corn Syrup
  • ¼ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Chopped Roasted Peanuts for Garnish
  • Jam of Choice

Method

  1. Prepare 16x12x1-inch sheet pan (half sheet) by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze batter into prepared pan.
  3. Spread batter with spatula until even.
  4. Drizzle Peanut Butter Sauce over batter and swirl into batter making streaks.
  5. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 36-41 minutes.
  6. Spread or drizzle jam over finished brownie and top with chopped peanuts
  7. To Make Peanut Butter Sauce
  8. Place ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.
  9. Microwave for 10 seconds or until Corn Syrup starts to bubble.
  10. Stir together and use immediately.
