Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Makes Approx 54 brownie cups


  • 6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620 or 4 lb Krusteaz Professional Ready to Bake Brownie Batter 732-0605
  • 1 lb 4 oz (2 1/2 cups) hot water
  • 2 oz corn syrup
  • 15 oz (54 pieces) miniature peanut butter cups


  1. Place Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix, water, and corn syrup in mixer bowl. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. If using Ready to Bake Brownie Batter, omit the water and use a spatula to stir in the corn syrup.
  2. Scrape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds. Omit this step if using Ready to Bake Brownie Batter.
  3. Using a #20 scoop, fill prepared muffin pans.
  4. Press 1 peanut butter cup into the center of each muffin cup.
  5. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 25-30 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cool 5 minutes; remove warm brownies from pan. Drizzle with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
