Method

1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional All Purpose Cookie Mix in mixer bowl.
2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute or until dough forms around paddle.
3. Add raisins, rolled oats,, brown sugar and cinnamon.
4. Using #40 scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheet. Lightly flatten dough.
5. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 7-9 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 12-14 minutes.
