Molten Chocolate and Caramel Brownie

Makes 20 molten desserts


  • 4 lb (full bag) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter (#732-0605)
  • 20 Caramel Chunks 1”x 1”
  • Ice Cream
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Chocolate Sauce


  1. Prepare ramekins by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze brownie batter into prepared ramekins (3 oz).
  3. Press one caramel into the center of the batter in each ramekin.
  4. For convection oven, bake at 325’F for 21 – 25 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375’F for 22 – 26 minutes.
  5. To assemble: Spoon a generous dollop of ice cream on top of warm brownie and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces.
