Molten Chocolate and Caramel Brownie

Makes 20 molten desserts


  • 4 lb (full bag) Krusteaz Professional® RTB Brownie
  • 20 Caramel Chunks 1”x 1”
  • Ice Cream
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Chocolate Sauce


  1. Prepare ramekins by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze brownie batter into prepared ramekins (3 oz).
  3. For convection oven, bake at 325’F for 21 – 25 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375’F for 22 – 26 minutes.
  4. To assemble: Spoon a generous dollop of ice cream on top of warm brownie and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces.
