Mocha Fudge Brownie Mud Pies

Makes approx 48 servings


  • 20 oz (2 1/2 cups) hot water
  • 6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620 or 4 lb Krusteaz Professional Ready to Bake Brownie Batter 732-0605
  • 48 oz (12 cups) mocha mousse
  • 24 oz (6 cups) coffee whipped cream


  1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix in mixer bowl. Whisk until well-blended. If using Ready to Bake Brownie Batter, pour on to a 1/2 sheet pan and spread with a spatula.
  2. Scale batter into greased or paper-lined full sheet pan. Omit step if using Ready to Bake Brownie Batter.
  3. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes. Bake Ready to Bake Brownie Batter according to instructions.
  4. Cool baked brownies. Cut brownie into 2-inch circles.
  5. Pipe mousse into 8 oz mason jar, add brownie circle. Pipe mousse over brownie circle then top with another brownie circle.
  6. Pipe coffee whipped cream over top and garnish with cocoa powder and chocolate covered espresso beans, if desired.
