Marshmallow Brownie with Chocolate Frosting

Makes 24, 2x4-inch servings


  • 4 lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter (#732-0605)
Marshmallow Cream
  • 3 pints (21 oz) marshmallow cream
Chocolate Frosting
  • Prepare chocolate frosting of choice. Enough to ice one ½ sheet cake.


  1. Prepare 16x12x1-inch sheet pan (half sheet) by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze batter into prepared pan.
  3. Spread batter with spatula until even.
  4. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 36-41 minutes.
  5. While brownie is still warm, spread warm marshmallow cream over entire brownie. Let cool to room temperature.
  6. Once brownie is room temperature, spread slightly warmed frosting over marshmallow cream.
  7. Use plastic knife to cut into 2x4-inch rectangles
  8. Warm marshmallow cream in microwave.
  9. Spread on warm brownie.
  10. After preparing frosting, warm it in a microwave for easier spreading.
  11. Spread frosting on room temperature brownie that has been covered with a marshmallow layer.
