Georgia Peach Honey Cornbread Cake

Makes 1, 16x12x1-inch (half sheet) pan


  • 2 1/2 lb (8 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix 734-0545
  • 18 oz (2 1/4 cups) Water
  • 2 cups Canned Peaches, drained and diced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, cut in ½-inch cubes


  1. Place water in a large bowl. Add mix and stir together until well-blended.
  2. Scale one-half of batter into greased or paper-lined 16x12x1-inch pan.
  3. Scatter peaches and cream cheese evenly over batter.
  4. Scale remaining batter over top.
  5. For convection oven, bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.
