Funnel Cake Bites
Makes 64 Funnel Bites
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb (4 1/4 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Funnel Cake Mix 742-0425
- 12 fl oz (1 3/4 cups) water
- Granulated sugar
Method
- Blend mix and water together using a wire whisk until well-blended.
- Pour #60 scoop of batter into 350°-375°F oil.
- Fry for 45 seconds then turn over. Fry additional 30 seconds, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce, if desired.
