Corn Waffles

Makes 50, 7-inch waffles

Ingredients

  • 5 lb (full bag) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Pancake Mix 731-0120
  • 88 fl oz (11 cups) water
  • 21 oz (4 3/4 cups) yellow cornmeal
  • 10 fl oz (1 1/4 cups) vegetable oil

Method

  1. Place Krusteaz Professional Buttermilk Pancake Mix, water, cornmeal and oil in mixer bowl.
  2. Mix with a wire whip on low speed 30 seconds or until batter is smooth.
  3. Scale 4 oz (1/2 cup) batter onto preheated, 7-inch round waffle iron. Cook 3 minutes or until steaming stops.
