Ingredients
5 lb (full bag) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Pancake Mix 731-0120
88 fl oz (11 cups) water
21 oz (4 3/4 cups) yellow cornmeal
10 fl oz (1 1/4 cups) vegetable oil
Product Details
Method
Place Krusteaz Professional Buttermilk Pancake Mix, water, cornmeal and oil in mixer bowl.
Mix with a wire whip on low speed 30 seconds or until batter is smooth.
Scale 4 oz (1/2 cup) batter onto preheated, 7-inch round waffle iron. Cook 3 minutes or until steaming stops.
