Sweet Potato Corn Dogs
Makes 36 mini corn dogs
Ingredients
- 1 lb 4 oz (4 1/2 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Sweet Potato Pancake Mix 731-0122
- 20 fl oz (2 1/2 cups) cool water
- 4 oz yellow corn meal
- 36 (1 oz ea) pre-cooked mini sausages
Method
- Mix Krusteaz Professional Sweet Potato Pancake Mix, corn meal and water together using a wire whip until well-blended.
- Skewer sausages with bamboo stick.
- Dredge sausages in batter and deep fry at 350°F for 3 minutes. Drain corn dogs.
