Cookie Butter Brownies

Makes 20, 3x3-inch servings

Ingredients

Brownie
  • 4 lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter (#732-0605)
  • 1 Jar Cookie Butter (i.e. European Biscuit Cookies, Biscoff, Speculoos, etc.)
  • ¼ cup European Biscuit Cookies - crushed

Method

  1. Prepare 16x12x1-inch sheet pan (half sheet) by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze batter into prepared pan.
  3. Spread batter with spatula until even.
  4. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 27-32
