Coconut Cream Joyfully Nutty Brownies
Makes 20, 3x3-inch servings
Ingredients
Brownie
4 lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter (#732-0605)
1 lb Krusteaz Professional® Vanilla Crème Icing
2.4 oz Hot Water
3 cups Sweetened Flake Coconut – Divided
1 cup Chopped Almonds
½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Product Details
Method
Prepare 16x12x1-inch sheet pan (half sheet) by lightly greasing or spraying with non- stick cooking spray.
Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze batter into prepared pan.
Spread batter with spatula until even.
For convection oven, bake at 325°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 36-41 minutes.
Allow brownies to cool completely before applying coconut icing.
Follow directions for making Krusteaz Professional® Vanilla Crème Icing.
Fold 2 cups coconut into icing.
Spread coconut icing over cooled brownie. Top with chopped almonds, mini chocolate chips and remaining coconut.
