Cinnamon Spice Muffin Tops

Makes 60 muffin tops

Ingredients

  • 66 oz (1 full pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Cinnamon Spice Cake & Muffin Batter #732-0615
  • Caramel
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted

Method

  1. Remove Krusteaz Professional Ready to Bake Cinnamon Spice Batter #732-0615 from refrigerator. No slacking required.
  2. Cut open one end of the pouch and squeeze batter into a bowl.
  3. Prepare a whoopie pie pan by lightly greasing with butter and flour or non-stick spray.
  4. Portion 2 Tbsp batter into each cavity of the pan.
  5. For convection oven, bake at 300°F at low fan speed for 8-10 minutes, turning pan halfway through bake time. Allow cakes to cool completely before removing from pan.
  6. Drizzle with caramel and top with toasted pecans.
