Chocolate Peanut Butter Whoopie Pies

Makes 30 whoopie pie sandwhiches


  • 66 oz (full pouch) Krusteaz Professional® RTB Chocolate Cake & Muffin Batter 732-0610
  • 1½ cups smooth peanut butter
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk


  1. Remove Krusteaz Professional Ready to Bake RTB Chocolate Cake & Muffin Batter 732-0610 from refrigerator. No slacking required.
  2. Prepare whoopie pie pan by lightly greasing with butter and flour or non-stick spray.
  3. Cut open one end of the pouch and portion 2 Tbsp batter into each cavity of the pan.
  4. For convection oven, bake at 300°F at low fan speed for 8-10 minutes, turning pan halfway through bake time. Allow cakes to cool completely before removing from pan.
  5. Mix peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, then stir in powdered sugar and milk as needed.
  6. To assemble spread peanut butter fluff mixture on one cake and sandwich with another cake.
