Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

Makes 96, 2-inch squares

Ingredients

Crust
  • 5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® All Purpose Cookie Mix 732-0642
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) water
  • 1/2 oz (2 tsp) light corn syrup
Topping
  • 36 oz (4 cups) peanut butter
  • 10 oz (1 1/2 cups) sugar
  • 8 oz (4) eggs
  • 18 oz (3 cups) chocolate chips

Method

  1. For crust, place water, Krusteaz Professional All Purpose Cookie Mix and corn syrup in mixer bowl. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute.
  2. Press dough into prepared full sheet pan.
  3. For topping, place peanut butter, sugar and eggs in mixer bowl.Using a paddle, mix on low speed 2-3 minutes or until crumbly.
  4. Crumble peanut butter mixture over crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over peanut butter mixture.
  5. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 15-18 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 18-20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
