Cherry Crisp

Makes 64 servings


  • 5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® White Cake Mix 732-0120
  • 24 oz (3 cups) butter, melted
  • 12 oz (4 cups) instant oats
  • 16 oz (4 cups) chopped walnuts
  • 72 oz (8 cups) cherry pie filling


  1. Place Krusteaz Professional White Cake Mix, butter, oats and walnuts in mixer bowl.
  2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute or until crumbly.
  3. Press half of oat mixture into prepared full sheet pan.
  4. Spread cherry pie filling evenly over crust. Sprinkle remaining oat mixture over pie filling.
  5. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 25-30 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
