Buckeye Brownie
Makes 48, 2x2-inch servings
Ingredients
Brownie
4 lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter (#732-0605)
Peanut Butter Filling
1 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
6 cups powdered sugar
Ganache Topping
20 oz dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy cream
Product Details
Method
Prepare 16 x 12 x 1-inch sheet pan (half sheet) by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze batter into prepared pan.
Spread batter with spatula until even.
For convection oven, bake at 325°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 36-41 minutes.
While brownie is baking prepare peanut butter filling.
While brownie is still warm, spread peanut butter filling over entire brownie.
Pour and spread warm ganache over peanut butter filling. Chill in refrigerator.
Use plastic knife to cut into 2x2-inch squares.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat until combined.
Spread on warm brownie.
Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minutes.
Stir contents until blended.
Pour and spread over top of peanut butter filling.
