Ready to Bake Batter

Brownie Skillet

Makes 5, 6" cast iron skillet

Ingredients

  • 4 lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter #732-0605
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Chocolate and/or caramel sauce

Method

  1. Prepare cast iron skillet by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze 12 oz. batter into prepared pan.
  3. Spread batter with spatula until even.
  4. For convection oven, bake at 350°F at low fan speed for 20-23 minutes.
  5. Allow brownie to cool completely or serve slightly warm (cast iron should be cool to the touch)
  6. Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with chocolate and/or caramel sauce.
