For meatballs, Remove casing from bratwurst. Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake in convection oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. Set aside.
For fritter batter, Whisk water, Krusteaz Professional Protein Buttermilk Pancake Mix, cornmeal and paprika together using a wire whip until well-blended.
Dredge meatballs in batter.
Fry at 350°F for 3 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
