Makes 72 Portions
Ingredients
3 lb (6 cups) water
5 lb (10 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix 734-0320
16 oz (4 cups) cheddar cheese
1 1/2 gallon pot pie filling
16 oz (4 cups) butter, melted
Product Details
Method
Place water in mixer bowl. Add Krusteaz Professional Buttermilk Biscuit Mix and cheese.
Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low speed for an additional 30 seconds.
Divide pot pie filling into 2, 2-inch steam table pans.
Using a #24 scoop, place dough onto filling.
For convection oven, bake at 400°F 10-13 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 450°F 10-13 minutes.
Brush pot pie with melted butter immediately after removing from oven.
