Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 12 1/2 dozen (2 1/2-inch) cookies
Ingredients
- 5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Banana Muffin Mix 734-0260
- 30 oz (3 3/4 cups) butter, softened
- 17 oz (2 1/2 cups) light brown sugar
- 10 oz (5) eggs
- 30 oz (5 cups) chocolate chips
Method
- Place Krusteaz Professional Banana Muffin Mix Mix, butter, brown sugar and eggs in mixer bowl.
- Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute. Scrape bowl and paddle.
- Add chocolate chips and mix on low speed 1 minute.
- Using #60 scoop, drop dough 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Slightly flatten cookie dough.
- For convection oven, bake at 325°F 8-10 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 12-14 minutes.
