HEAT pancake griddle to 375F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle. MEASURE mix by lightly spooning it into a measuring cup and leveling it off. WHISK pancake mix, water, milk and egg(s) until smooth. Do not over-mix. POUR slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle. COOK pancakes 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. For light and fluffy pancakes, FLIP only once. Do not eat raw batter. High Altitude: No adjustment necessary.

Easy Gluten Free Confetti Buttermilk Waffles 1 3/4 cups Krusteaz Gluten Free Confetti Buttermilk Pancake Mix 1/2 cup cold water 1/3 cup milk 1 Tbsp vegetable oil 2 egg whites Blend all ingredients together. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter onto lightly greased and preheated waffle iron. Cook waffle until steaming stops or until golden brown.

This mix should perform for its intended use for 12 months in cool dry storage. Hot, humid storage may reduce shelf life. Each shipment will be properly controlled and handled to prevent adulteration as defined in the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (section 402).
