10 LB BASIS 5 LB BASIS Mix/Harina Preparada -10 lb Mix/Harina Preparada -5 lb Cold Water/Agua Fria Cold Water/Agua Fria 180 oz (22 1/2 cups/tazas) 90 oz (11 1/4 cups/tazas) DIRECTIONS 1. Blend mix and water together using a wire whisk just until blended. 2. Coat food pieces with batter. Drain off excess batter. 3. Fry in 350F-375F oil until golden brown and to the proper internal temperature. Time will vary according to food piece size. Do not eat raw batter. HIGH ALTITUDE: No adjustment necessary. HANDLING TIPS: Dry food piece adequately before coating with batter. Adjust batter thickness by varying water amount. Refrigerate batter when not being used. INSTRUCCIONES 1. Mezcle la harina y el agua usando un batidor de alambre hasta estar incorporado. 2. Cubra las piezas de alimento con la masa. Escurra el exceso. 3. Frefr en aceite a una temperatura de 350F-375F hasta estar doradas y que esten a la temperatura intema adecuada. El tiempo de cocci6n puede variar dependiendo del tamafio de las piezas. No consuma la masa cruda. AJUSTES DE ALTURA: No requiere ajustes. SUGERENCIAS DE USO: Seque el alimento adecuadamente antes de cubrir con la masa. Ajuste la consistencia la masa variando la cantidad de agua. Refrigere la masa mientras no se encuentre en uso.

CRISPIER RECIPE: Dip food piece in water and coat thoroughly with dry mix. Shake off excess mix. Dip into batter and drain off excess. Recoat with dry mix and batter a second time and fry in 350F-375F oil until golden brown and to the proper internal temperature. RECETA MAS CRUJIENTE: Sumerja las piezas de alimento en agua. Cubra las piezas completamente con harina preparada. Sacuda para quitar el exceso. Cubra las piezas de alimento con la masa. Escurra el exceso.
