Strawberries & Cream Double Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

    Brownies:

    26 oz (3 1/4 cups) hot water

    7 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620

    16 oz (3 cups) white chocolate chips

    Topping:

    8 lb (12 cups) sliced strawberries

    32 oz (4 cups) ganache

    24 oz (6 cups) sweetened whipped cream

Method

    1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix in mixer bowl. Whisk until well-blended.
    2. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
    3. Scale batter into greased or paper-lined full sheet pan.
    4. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes.
    5. Cool brownies. Top with strawberries.
    6. Drizzle ganache over strawberries.
    7. Freeze to set. Garnish with whipped cream.
