Pork Sliders

Ingredients

    44 oz (5 1/2 cups) buttermilk

    5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix 734-0320

    16 oz (4 cups) cheddar cheese

    5 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    8 oz (2 cups) butter, melted

    8 oz (2 cups) BBQ sauce

    4 1/2 lb BBQ  pulled pork meat

    16 oz (4 cups) slaw dressing

    4 1/2 lb cabbage slaw mix

    3 oz cilantro, picked

Method

    1. Place buttermilk, Krusteaz Professional Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, and cheese in mixer bowl.

    2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl and paddle.

    3. Scoop dough using a #20 scoop onto ungreased or parchment lines sheet pans 2 inches apart.

    4. For convection oven, bake at 375°F 10-12 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 425°F for 14-16 minutes.

    5. Combine melted butter with BBQ sauce. Brush over biscuits immediately after removing from the oven.

    6. Combine slaw mix with slaw dressing.

    7. Slice biscuit in half; layer with pulled pork, slaw and a sprig of cilantro.
